Fly Cycle TRX

Cycle meets TRX in this cardio and strength workout. You'll spend 30-minutes riding to your favorite songs followed by 30-minutes of challenging suspension training. Come see what happens when you transition from the stationary bike to suspension in the air.

Fly Cycle Core

Get in and get it done with this 45-minute, calorie-torching ride, followed by 15-minutes of mat work focusing on core strength and stability.

Fly Yo

Whether you are new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, Fly Yo offers everyone a challenge by working on core strength, flexibility, balance, alignment, and most importantly, your breath. This class is not heated and offers a safe environment to explore poses and your personal edge, accompanied by a contemporary playlist. Strengthening your mind-body connection will elevate your performance in all other areas of your fitness program, making this an intelligent addition to your weekly routine. Fly Cycle Yo

This workout combines cardio training on the bike with the flow of yoga, effectively challenging you to increase mental and physical endurance. By linking breath with movement and moving with intention during your yoga practice, you will find access to more strength when you’re on the bike, and when you’re doing any other physical activity. Cycle on the bike the first 30 minutes of class, then enjoy 40-minutes of yoga strategically designed to complement the hard work on the bike.

Bike Boot Camp

Torch major calories with this unique boot camp class. We will alternate between cardio hits on the bike and plyometrics, strength training, balance and coordination on the mats.

Fly Cycle Classic

With our classic ride- you get it all… hills, sprints, and endurance followed by abdominal and core exercises. Like all of our classes, this one is fun, challenging, and designed to leave you drenched with sweat.

TRX Play Ground

Take TRX training to the next level with this intense circuit class that holds nothing back! TRX Play Ground emphasizes strength, endurance, cardiovascular capacity, and power.  Come test your limits, change your body, and have a blast!

Raising the Barre

Are you ready to tone, tighten, and burn some serious calories!? This total body workout targets your arms, butt, thighs, and core for long, lean, muscles. This 60 minute non-stop muscular endurance workout uses a combination of weights, body weight work, resistance bands, isometric holds, and low impact cardio burst to work muscles to fatigue without over working your joints. This isn’t just your typical barre class. Here at Fly we use the NEW Queenax Superfunctional barre which, unlike the traditional static barre, is a suspended barre that brings an even more challenging mix of balance and core stability exercises. Try out this one of a kind class and start shaping your entire body today! 

Fly Flex

A total body workout that ignites your metabolism while building lean muscle. This low impact workout pushes you to your limit and challenges even the toughest athlete. A mix of bodyweight and equipment exercises target all of your major muscle groups in this full body conditioning class. Equipment includes, but not limited to: UGI balls, TRX, dumbbells, BOSU balls, stability calls, sandbags, medicine balls, and kettle bells. 

* Fly Cardiyo (NEW)

With this hour you will sweat out 30 minutes of fast paced cardio drills utilizing a blend of cardio equipment including but not limited to; spin bikes, rowing machines, ladders, jump ropes and our outdoor playground of course. Following the cardio you will flush and re-energize the body with yoga which will provide space to focus on flexibility, strength and balance. Note that a 30 minute yoga will be an accelerated practice and  we will not include an extended savasana at the end. Both aspects of this class are for all levels and can be modified to suit your needs. 

* Power3 (NEW)

This 45-minute, total body circuit challenge, combines the rowing machines, and jump ropes for high-intensity calorie burn with dynamic, functional exercises using kettlebells to sculpt and transform the body! Max effort and huge results!  

*Fly Play Ground (NEW)

Excite and energize your workout with Fly Playground! This 45-minute high energy circuit class combines dynamic cardio training with functional strength for a high energy play-based workout. Discover a unique setting that utilizes a variety of training tools that are sure to test your abilities and have you leaving with a sense of accomplishment every time.

*Fly Paddle Yo (SEASONAL) 

30-minutes on the paddle board followed by 30-minutes of yoga on the dock.All levels welcome to enjoy an opportunity to start the day on Lake Washington with an easy, relaxing paddle board experience intended to clear the mind and relax the body. We’ll transition from the paddle boards to the dock for 30 minutes of yoga that will leave you feeling refreshed, energized and ready to take on the rest of your day! 

*Rock the Dock (SEASONAL)

We're rockin' the dock all summer long! Enjoy the beautiful view and activity on Lake Washington while sweatin' it out with your friends. What's better than that? This... each class is done to a live DJ! Noooow it doesn't get any better than that!
