  • How Do I Book A Class?

    We have two options for you. You may create an account using either your computer or your mobile device. For computers, we use MINDBODY for our scheduling, so you’ll first need to create a MINDBODY account. After you have created your account, you can purchase a class package and sign up for classes. You can also download the Fly Fitness App from your Apple or Andriod device to make reservations on the fly.

  • What Is Your Cancelation Policy?

    We ask that if you need to cancel, please do so 4 hours prior to the start of the class. If you late cancel (within 4 hours of class) you have a class deducted from your package, or a day from your membership.

    Our trainers work very hard to program their classes according to attendance, as well as the time it takes for some to commute to work. Out of respect for our team and their time, we have updated our policies.

  • Where Can I Park And Is It Free?

    You may park in the underground garage that will be on your left upon pulling into the round-about at Carillon Point OR you can take a left upon arriving at the stop sign, and then take a right into the gated parking lot. Don't worry, we validate your parking for up to 2 hours! So, if you want to get social after class over coffee or wine or a dip in the lake, go for it. We've got you covered. 

  • When Should I Arrive?

    Get to the studio 15-minutes before class and check in at the front desk. Someone from our team will validate your parking ticket, show you where to store your items, help you get set up for class and introduce you to your instructor. 

  • What Should I Bring?

    We provide towels, water and mats, but if you prefer to bring your own please do! 

  • What Should I Wear?

    Wear comfortable athletic attire and for most of our classes, sneakers (yoga is done barefoot). Our Spin bikes have SPD clips and cages. You may wear bike shoes or sneakers.
