Group classes at Fly Fitness are the best way to change up your routine.
With a wide variety of classes taught by nationally certified instructors, you will never get bored, and neither will your muscles! Our classes are never the same, allowing you to continue working different muscles and areas of the body in order to prevent injury. We welcome all levels, with the ability to work within your own limits. While our instructors will push and challenge you, you are always encouraged to honor your body and work at your own pace. Choose from cardio, strength, conditioning, boxing or yoga, with seasonal classes at our "outdoor playgrounds" at Carillon Point and Lake Washington. From May to September, join us for spin classes on the dock, paddle board yoga and triathlon training.
